Isobel Walker DA (GSA)

Landscape Artist, Oil & Watercolour

I was born in Ayrshire, Scotland in 1945. At the age of eighteen I attended the Glasgow School of Art studying Fine Art and graduated in 1967.

The same year I married and began a teaching career in Art. I taught in schools in Glasgow, London and Hampshire.

While living in London I exhibited my work at London exhibitions.

Over the years I have dabbled in the crafts of ceramics and stained glass.

I now live and paint in Dorset and Tenerife. At present both areas inspire me to paint land and seascapes.
