I find art is an addiction of the very best kind!
Everyone has it in them to draw even when they think they haven't! Once over that hurdle, pick up a brush & you're hooked!
Don't let early disasters daunt you, I have been painting for over forty years and still get them now but in doing so I learn something new everyday.
I am self taught but have spent many hours referring to the skills of both old and new masters. My landscapes tend to lean towards the fine art, a reflection of my early career in marketing before computers were invented.
Caricatures are just a bit different and just fun to do, for me and hopefully for the recipient!
